    Update the alert in the database

    Parameters

    • id: string

      ID of the alert

    • form_data: Partial<PlaceAlert>

      New values for the alert

    • method: "put" | "patch" = 'patch'

      HTTP verb to use on request. Defaults to patch

    Returns Observable<PlaceAlert>
